Joshua is an associate litigation attorney at Nishad Khan P.L.
A proud member of a military family, Joshua grew up on Air Force bases in Portugal, Japan, and Virginia. Joshua moved to Tallahassee in 2006 where he attended Florida State University and earned Bachelors of Science in Real Estate and Finance. While attending Florida State University, Joshua was an active member of Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity.
Joshua graduated from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, in 2010 where he concentrated his studies on real estate and business law. In addition to his studies, Joshua was a member of the Legal College Counsel and a teaching assistant for fellow law school students in their Trial Advocacy courses. Joshua also participated in various pro-bono and co-curricular activities during law school, including International Law Student Association and the United Services Organization.
Prior to joining Nishad Khan, Joshua spent 3 years zealously representing low income clients at the Office of the Public Defender in Kissimmee, Florida. While at the Public Defender’s office, Joshua completed over 25 jury trials and litigated a multitude of substantive motions.
Joshua is an avid Seminoles fan and enjoys spending his free time with his dog Garnet.
